**Job Summary**
As a part-time Customer Experience Leader, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading front-end operations, and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure compliance with company policies and standards, manage inventory, and execute shrink and safety programs. This role requires a customer-centric leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can motivate and develop a team to achieve results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
* Lead front-end operations, including managing cash handling, inventory, and visual merchandising
* Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs
* Ensure all front-end policies and procedures are followed, achieving KPIs and managing team performance
* Plan and lead the execution of class and in-store events in accordance with company programs
* Lead omnichannel processes, ensuring seamless customer experiences across all channels
* Manage and execute shrink and safety programs, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment
* Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits, as well as inventory processes, including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities
* Assist with the onboarding of new Team Members and provide training, coaching, and development opportunities
* Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), ensuring the store is running smoothly and efficiently
* Interact with customers, team members, and vendors in an accepting and respectful manner, promoting a positive image and company values
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Retail management experience, preferably in a creative or arts-related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
* Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
* Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves, as well as work in a public retail store setting
**Work Environment**
* Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, with regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
* Ability to move throughout the store, with occasional outdoor work to retrieve shopping carts or unload trucks
* Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press, with a climate-controlled environment
* Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings, with a flexible schedule
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Total Base Pay Range: $17.00 - $22.70
