We help our customers reduce risk, drive innovation, and improve their network to meet business objectives. As a trusted advisor, you'll work with key partners throughout customer organizations, from technical staff to CXO level, building strong working relationships and staying informed about customer challenges. **Your Impact** As a Customer Delivery Architect, you'll have a significant impact on ensuring that arenaflex fully integrates the expectations of our SLED customers, delivering a consistent outstanding customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include: * Working with customers to understand their technical roadmaps and challenges * Staying up-to-date on arenaflex's solutions and service offerings that can be proposed to address and resolve customer challenges * Building strong working relationships with customers, from technical staff to CXO level * Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor, capable of building long-term relationships with customers * Collaborating with Cisco Engineering to advocate for innovation for our customers and share what's coming with our customers to help them be the groundbreakers of technology **Minimum Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 10 years of relevant experience in customer roles, within technical delivery, IT, or pre-sales product engineering * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience * CCIE in Security, Collaboration, and/or Route Switch **Preferred Qualifications** We're looking for candidates who have: * Experience delivering arenaflex standard methodologies within our clients' infrastructure * The ability to lead or guide teams made up of arenaflex, customer, and partner members in the analysis and resolution of technical network problems * The ability to provide high-level crisis management through anticipation of issues, problems, or events and actively resolving them with the customer and partners * Good communication, consulting, and consistent engagement skills to build productive collaborations **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent customer relationship skills * Strong technical knowledge of security and networking * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Ability to build long-term relationships with customers **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
