**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to manage moderate to complex external client issues, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with various organizational units and teams to facilitate the delivery of services or resolution of issues. This is a temporary position, lasting up to 12 months, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing moderate to complex external client issues, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction
* Advising other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues
* Meeting with organizational units/teams to ensure problems are being addressed appropriately and resolved in a timely manner
* Providing support to lower-level client processing roles
* Allocating and checking the work of other team members
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Prior experience in a call center or financial services environment (highly preferred)
**Nice-to-Haves**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
