With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we're always looking for talented individuals who share our vision and values. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to manage moderate to complex external client issues, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with various organizational units and teams to facilitate the delivery of services or resolution of issues.
