**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Experience Advocate, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and making recommendations to customers
* Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
* Assisting customers with questions, working through problem-solving scenarios, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
* Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receiving truck deliveries and performing physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, going up and down stairs (where applicable)
* Being available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week

* Surroundings: You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers, and may be located in a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse.
* Activity: You'll be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages.
* Temperature: Our Locker+ locations are in comfortable, climate-controlled environments.
* Noise level: Sound levels are minimal, similar to what you'd expect in a grocery store.
* Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required, and protective safety footwear are required in select business units.

**Requirements:**
* Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines in English.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 49 pounds, and stand for long periods.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
