**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced full stack data engineer to join our team of data engineers at arenaflex. As a data engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines that support our business operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and data science, to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, build, and maintain large-scale data pipelines that support business operations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation
* Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and analytics
* Work with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms
* Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems and pipelines
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reporting tools to support business decision-making
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and analytics
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or related field
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Scala, Python, and SQL
* Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or related field
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
* Strong understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence
* Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams
