**Role Overview**
As a Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative, you'll work a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 11:45 AM to 8:00 PM EST. This is a fully remote role, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Create an emotional connection**: Build trust and rapport with our members to understand their needs and champion their best health.
* **Take accountability**: Fully understand our members' needs by building a trusting and caring relationship with them.
* **Anticipate customer needs**: Proactively identify and address our members' concerns and needs.
* **Review member claim history**: Ensure accurate tracking of benefit maximums and/or coinsurance/deductible.
* **Perform financial data maintenance**: Update and maintain member financial data as necessary.
* **Explain member rights and responsibilities**: Educate our members on their rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract.
**Required Qualifications**
* **1-3 years of customer service experience**: Proven experience in a call center atmosphere.
* **High school diploma**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Previous Behavioral Health experience**: Experience working in Behavioral Health is a plus.
* **Associates degree**: An associates degree or higher is preferred.
* **Medical or insurance background**: A background in medical or insurance is a plus.

**Compensation and Benefits**
The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.46 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
