**About the Role:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our airline, crafting meaningful connections and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. You'll interact with domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, providing exceptional service and support with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications:**
* **Education**: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* **Age**: Minimum of 18 years old
* **Technical Skills**: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* **Physical Ability**: Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, carry and handle luggage
* **Airport Requirements**: Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
* **Work Authorization**: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
* **Attendance and Appearance**: Potential to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
