**Job Requirements**
To succeed as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:
* **Age**: 18 years or older
* **Education**: High School Diploma or GED
* **Experience**: Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections.
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively engage and listen to customers.
* **Empathy and Problem-Solving**: Exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution.
* **Adaptability**: Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time.

To work from home as a Customer Service Associate, you'll need:
