About the Position
We are currently expanding our virtual operations team and are seeking service-minded, detail-oriented individuals to join us as Concierge Services Specialists. In this remote role, you'll assist clients with coordinating travel experiences, managing reservation details, and helping ensure each stage of the planning process is completed accurately and efficiently.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working in a flexible work-from-home setting. Experience in customer care, hospitality, scheduling, administration, or related support roles is a plus, but not required. Comprehensive onboarding, training, and continued mentorship are provided.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with trip planning requests, scheduling needs, and destination preferences
Coordinate accommodations, cruises, transportation, flights, excursions, and activity arrangements
Review travel options, pricing, and package availability using approved booking systems
Prepare and maintain organized itinerary records, confirmations, and reservation details
Communicate professionally through phone, email, and online messaging channels
Support clients with itinerary changes, booking adjustments, and follow-up assistance
Monitor supplier promotions, destination updates, and current travel opportunities
Participate in remote onboarding, training programs, and team development sessions
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable managing responsibilities independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with web-based tools, email systems, and basic computer applications
Reliable internet connection and professional communication habits
Positive attitude with willingness to adapt and learn new systems
Interest in hospitality, client support, travel coordination, or administrative services
Must be at least 18 years of age
