About the Opportunity
We are currently growing our virtual support team and are seeking organized, people-focused individuals to join us as Experience Concierge Assistants. In this remote position, you'll help clients coordinate travel arrangements, manage important itinerary details, and provide personalized assistance throughout the planning experience.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with customers, staying organized, and balancing multiple responsibilities in a flexible work-from-home environment. Previous experience in hospitality, customer support, administration, scheduling, or related fields is helpful but not required. Full onboarding and ongoing guidance are provided for all team members.
Responsibilities
Assist travelers with vacation planning inquiries, preferences, and scheduling needs
Help coordinate accommodations, flights, cruises, transportation, excursions, and activity bookings
Review pricing, travel availability, and package selections through approved booking platforms
Organize itinerary documents, reservation confirmations, and travel schedules
Provide friendly and professional support through email, phone, and online communication channels
Assist with booking changes, itinerary adjustments, and follow-up requests when needed
Maintain accurate client profiles and detailed records within internal systems
Monitor supplier promotions, destination updates, and current travel opportunities
Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, team trainings, and continued learning programs

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Familiarity with email systems, web-based tools, and basic computer applications
Reliable internet connection and professional communication habits

Must be at least 18 years old
