Remote Signage Designer: Vehicle Graphics & Branding

We're looking for a Graphic Designer & Digital Coordinator with proven signage design experience who can confidently manage projects from concept through to print-ready artwork. This role combines creative design, client communication, production coordination, and digital content support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on real-world branding projects and understands the technical requirements behind professional signage production. How You’ll Make an Impact • Create signage concepts, proofs, and production-ready artwork for commercial projects • Design shopfront signage, vehicle graphics and wraps, decals, promotional signage, and large-format print materials • Prepare artwork files to meet print, cutting, and fabrication specifications • Manage artwork revisions, approvals, and production workflows • Liaise with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and secure approvals • Translate client briefs into practical, visually compelling design solutions • Create digital assets including social media graphics, promotional materials, website visuals, and email marketing content • Coordinate with production teams to ensure artwork is accurate and ready for fabrication • Maintain organized file structures, version control, and project documentation • Support ongoing branding, marketing, and creative initiatives What We’re Looking For – You’re the Perfect Fit if You (Non-negotiable Requirements) • Are based in the Philippines • Have 2–5 years of graphic design experience within the signage, print, or related industries (MANDATORY) • Have proven experience designing signage, vehicle graphics, decals, and large-format print artwork (MANDATORY) • Are highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator (MANDATORY), Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop • Have a strong understanding of print production, pre-press preparation, and artwork specifications for fabrication • Can prepare production-ready files for printing, cutting, and signage manufacturing • Have excellent English communication skills and can confidently collaborate with clients and internal teams • Are highly organized and capable of managing multiple design projects simultaneously What Sets You Apart – You’ll Shine Even Brighter With • Experience working directly with clients in a signage, print, or production environment • Familiarity with vehicle wrap production, large-format printing, and fabrication workflows • Experience creating digital assets such as website graphics, social media content, and marketing materials • Understanding of website content updates and digital design best practices • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment Work Schedule & Employment Terms • Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT • Remote work setup • Open to PH-based applicants only • Philippine-based employment only What's Included: • HMO with 1 free dependent • Life Insurance • Paid Leave Credits • Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) • Work-from-home equipment provided All employment is fully compliant with Philippine taxes and government contributions.
