Responsibilities
- Owning the full game lifecycle: from concept to launch, ensuring quality and player engagement
- Building and driving the game roadmap: aligning with business goals, market trends, and player needs
- Championing quality and creativity: overseeing design, gameplay, UI/UX, and technical execution
- Innovating with purpose: introducing new features based on market and player insights
- Leading cross-functional collaboration: working with product, design, development, QA, marketing, and analytics teams
- Optimizing game performance: analyzing data, adjusting features, and managing promotions
- Aligning stakeholders and strategy: ensuring project priorities and delivering value for players and the business
Skills
- Hands-on experience launching real-money card and table games in regulated markets
- Over 5 years in iCasino game development, especially in card/table games
- Strong knowledge of game mechanics, math models, and compliance standards
- Proven ability to lead teams, collaborate with partners, and deliver successful titles
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
