- Oversee market planning, guiding market research initiatives, and aligning marketing activities with institutional goals and enrollment targets
- Manage integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Coordinate public relations and institutional communication, and ensure consistent brand messaging
- Collaborate with leadership, admissions, and academic areas
- Manage marketing budgets and performance metrics
- Provide strategic direction to the marketing and sales teams
Skills
- Market Planning and Marketing Management skills to design and implement comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies
- Market Research capabilities to analyze trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscapes in higher education
- Public Relations experience to manage institutional communications, media relations, and reputation-building initiatives
- Sales and enrollment-focused skills to support recruitment goals and optimize conversion across the student journey
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and external agencies
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with marketing KPIs, dashboards, and ROI measurement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional, academic, and multicultural environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in higher education or service-based organizations is highly beneficial
