RevPilots is seeking a senior-level Business Development professional to drive new client acquisition within the private equity ecosystem. The role focuses on selling creative, digital, and marketing services to private equity firms and requires an established network to generate revenue quickly.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development within private equity, private credit, and venture capital firms
- Leverage existing relationships to generate immediate revenue opportunities
- Sell creative and digital services including website development, branding, and marketing solutions
- Identify and pursue opportunities across portfolio companies and fund-level initiatives
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships within the investment community
- Collaborate with internal teams to position and deliver service offerings
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies within target segments
- Create Proposals and follow up
Skills
- 7–15+ years of experience in business development, sales, investor relations, or marketing
- Strong existing network within private equity, private credit, or venture capital
- Experience working at a private equity firm, investor relations function, or service provider supporting PE clients
- Proven ability to generate revenue through relationship-driven sales
- Experience selling professional services such as digital marketing, branding, or consulting
- Ability to operate independently and drive results quickly
- Utilization of Digital Proposal Systems and CRMs
- Strong hunting experience, specifically into private equity firms
- Background in investor relations or marketing within a fund
- Experience selling website development or digital marketing services
- Existing relationships across both coasts (East and West)
- Track record of selling into portfolio companies
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
