As a Key Information Researcher in our team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of arenaflex Encounters by developing and implementing AI and machine learning models that enhance our visitor experiences. **Join the arenaflex Family and Shape the Future of Entertainment** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team of innovators and technologists. As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. No prior experience is necessary, just a passion for customer service and a love for all things arenaflex! **Your Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models that enhance our visitor experiences * Working with data scientists and engineers to design and implement data pipelines, data warehousing, and data visualization solutions * Developing and maintaining data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to drive business insights and decision-making * Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth * Leading and working with teams to execute and scale machine learning solutions to create magical experiences for our visitors * Driving innovation, idea generation, and proof-of-concept development to drive top-tier AI and machine learning solutions * Managing functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team * Building standard techniques used in everyday tasks and working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space * Productionizing machine learning models in predictive analytics, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assessing their performance on real-world datasets * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinating with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews **Required Capabilities and Abilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including experience with TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP * Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies * Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets * 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool * Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions * Strong systems integration engineering skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions **Preferred Capabilities** While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable: * Experience with Docker * Experience with control frameworks * Experience with Kubernetes * Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence * Experience with Agile development techniques * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment * Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau) * Experience with audio analysis * Experience with text analysis **Education** A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field is required.
