**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced, tech-savvy, and friendly Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. As a Part Time Customer & Technical Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical support for the CatGenie Self-Washing Cat Box. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for the CatGenie Self-Washing Cat Box via phone, email, and chat
* Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through steps to resolution
* Assist with orders, repairs, returns, and other customer inquiries
* Diagnose problems and provide quick yet thorough assistance
* Work efficiently from home with a secure, password-protected WIFI connection
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Prioritize workload and manage multiple projects/tasks
* Maintain accurate records and data entry with speed and accuracy
* Develop a positive attitude and enjoy a challenge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in customer support (preferably in a technical environment)
* 1+ year of experience in technical support (preferably in a remote setting)
* Strong communication, writing, and grammar skills
* Excellent phone etiquette and clear speaking voice
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Punctuality and great attendance
* Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to turn constructive feedback into growth
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience working directly with customers
* Experience with data entry and navigating different types of software
