**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to management as needed
* Processing accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and credit checks
* Maintaining accurate records and data entry using our computer systems
* Utilizing a 10-key calculator to perform calculations and data entry tasks
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* High level of professionalism and dependability
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with accounting software and data entry
* Familiarity with linen rental supply and commercial laundry industry
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
