**The WW Customer Trust Training LXD Team**

Our primary responsibility is to design and develop learning programs that support new hire, upskill, and other trainings, providing our customers with the resources they need to effectively do their job. **Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning programs that impact all new hires and tenured investigators within the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Developing Learning Experiences**: Create engaging e-learning content for on-the-job performance improvement using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools.
* **Curriculum Maintenance and Review**: Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles to ensure that our learning programs are up-to-date and effective.
* **Mentoring and Coaching**: Mentor or coach new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
* **Consulting with Customers**: Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem, ensuring that our learning programs meet their needs.
* **Process Improvement**: Contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials.
* **Program Management**: Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.
* **Data-Driven Insights**: Embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience.
* **Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams, including Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps and develop technical and non-technical training content.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 5+ years of program or project management experience
* 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
* 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
* 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
* 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
* 3+ years of change management experience
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools
