**Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Support Assistant, you'll play a critical role in helping our e-commerce team resolve customer and supplier issues related to orders and cart abandonment. Your responsibilities will include:
* Calling customers to resolve issues related to orders or cart abandonment
* Contacting suppliers to follow up on order issues or product questions
* Supporting our e-commerce manager by handling communication that requires phone calls
* Occasionally suggesting process improvements related to customer recovery and communication
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be:
* Organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable making calls in English
* Available to take quick tasks during US business hours, without requiring much notice
* Previous experience in customer support (e-commerce experience preferred, but not required)
* Comfortable working with evolving tasks and minimal supervision
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in customer support (e-commerce experience preferred)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
