As a remote customer service representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with sales, operations, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for: * Providing customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications * Validating the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners * Ensuring accuracy of PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry as the front line for data entry, pushing back where necessary * Checking and validating accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases * Developing creative solutions to customer issues, providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals * Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken * Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process * Supporting the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails, and fax, researching responses with sales * Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies * Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * High School Diploma or GED * Two (2) years' relevant work experience **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, experience as an account representative or proficiency in Oracle would be beneficial. **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in data entry and accuracy * Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you will have opportunities to: * Develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development programs * Take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the growth and success of the team * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results * Enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
