**Responsibilities**
As a Lockbox Processor (Government) – Scanning and Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Extracting remittances based on standard operating procedures
* Processing and/or reconciling transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures
* Ensuring the appropriate materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions
* Confirming equipment is operational, if applicable
* Providing feedback on workflow and work received
* Reviewing transactions and related documents and verifying work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* No degree required; high school diploma or GED preferred
* Ability to perform repetitive functions and meet deadlines
* Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and attention to detail skills
* Basic ten key skills and some machine operation may be required
**Nice-to-haves**
While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial in this role:
* Previous experience in a data entry or scanning environment
* Knowledge of government regulations and compliance
* Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
