As a Lead Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our front-end pharmacy team and delivering exceptional customer service to our long-term care, assisted living, and chronic care customers. You will work closely with our senior technicians to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot workflow issues, and partner with pharmacy leaders on team training plans. If you are a team player with a passion for delivering best-in-class customer service, we want to hear from you! **A Day in the Life:** As a Lead Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation * Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions * Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed * Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws * Providing exceptional customer service to our long-term care, assisted living, and chronic care customers * Working alongside our pharmacist to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry and customer service tasks **The Team and Rewarding Benefits:** arenaflex's Omnicare pharmacies provide care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and chronic care settings. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. **Required Qualifications:** To be considered for this role, you must have: * Verifiable High School Diploma or GED * Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law * One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, prior experience in the long-term care industry and PTCB National Certification are highly desirable. **Education:** A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required. **Business Overview:** At arenaflex, we are committed to delivering enhanced human-centric health care for a rapidly changing world.
