With a strong presence in the Greater Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Columbus, and Indianapolis areas, we're dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and putting food on shoppers' tables and smiles on their faces. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Wholesale Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting wholesale customers in placing orders, correcting billing errors, and problem-solving * Assisting other clerks in the wholesale sales department as needed * Issuing customer credits accurately and on a timely basis * Inputting retail prices for wholesale accounts * Inputting, printing, and distributing ad plans for assigned stores and/or groups * Reviewing all customer pricing, credits, and commitments for accuracy * Assisting in inputting ad pricing for wholesale customers * Placing commitments to buyers as requested by the wholesale customers * Controlling mail and general information distribution to customers **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a wholesale or sales environment * 1-2 years of clerical experience, general office work experience, or a related field * A high school diploma or equivalent * A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Previous experience in a wholesale or sales environment * Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word * Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the wholesale sales department **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
