We're committed to creating a lasting impact on the lives of our customers and the communities we serve. **The Role** As an Experienced Strategic Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll own strategic relationships with our customers, working closely with frontline leasing teams, C-Suite members, and internal technology teams. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a deep understanding of our products, guiding the user experience for customers and owning customer satisfaction through their use of arenaflex's products.
