As a Solutions Architect on our Customer Acceleration Team, you will be part of a dynamic and diverse group of professionals who share your passion for innovation and customer success. **Key Responsibilities** As a Solutions Architect on our Customer Acceleration Team, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional technical design and thought leadership to customers, helping them understand and implement best practices around migrating, building, managing, and operating Amazon Connect within their AWS cloud environments. * Delivering proof-of-concept projects, re-usable artifacts, reference architectures, and leading implementation projects to assist public sector organizations in transforming their call centers to Amazon Connect and the AWS platform. * Collaborating with AWS field sales, pre-sales, training, and support teams to help partners and customers learn how to build and move to production-grade AWS environments that support Amazon Connect. * Defining and delivering on-site consulting engagements with partners and customers, including participating in pre-sales on-site visits, understanding customer requirements, proposing and delivering packaged offerings, and delivering custom solution engagements. * Working with AWS product, engineering, and support teams to convey partner and customer needs and feedback as input to technology roadmaps, share real-world implementation challenges, and recommend new capabilities that would simplify adoption and drive greater value from use of AWS cloud services. * Contributing to best practice in the form of whitepapers and playbooks, and capturing and sharing best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solution architect community. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures. * 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience. * 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries. * Understanding of contact center operations, workflows, and key performance metrics. * Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries. * Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud. * Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective. * In-depth understanding of contact center technologies, including cloud-based platforms, VoIP, IVR, ACD, and CRM systems. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Software development experience with building contact center integrations. * Experience working with AWS services, including Amazon Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, and S3. * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. * Experience with cloud-based contact center platforms, such as Amazon Connect, Genesys, or Five9. * Strong understanding of security best practices for applications, servers, and networks. **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need: * Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud-based contact center platforms, AWS services, and software development. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, pre-sales, training, and support teams. * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. * Ability to travel 10-30% of the time, with occasional overnight stays. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Solutions Architect on our Customer Acceleration Team, you will have the opportunity to: * Work with a world-class team of experts in cloud-based contact center solutions. * Develop your skills and expertise through ongoing training and professional development opportunities. * Collaborate with AWS product, engineering, and support teams to shape the future of cloud-based contact center solutions. * Contribute to best practice in the form of whitepapers and playbooks, and capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solution architect community. * Participate in ongoing learning experiences, including our Conversations on Race and Ethnicity (CORE) and AmazeCon (gender diversity) conferences. **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that values and respects the contributions of all employees.
