Your key responsibilities will include: * Assisting clients with policy questions, updates, and claims, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their queries. * Providing A+ customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported. * Managing policy renewals, endorsements, and changes, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail to ensure seamless transactions. * Working with insurance carriers to ensure smooth transactions and top-notch service, building strong relationships to drive growth and loyalty. * Supporting Account Managers with quotes, reports, and client correspondence, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions. * Identifying opportunities to cross-sell/upsell and help clients maximize their coverage, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. **What You Bring to the Table** To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
