This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented group of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like** As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that will keep you engaged, challenged, and fulfilled. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll undertake: * **Monitoring Real-Time Metrics**: You'll be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time to ensure that our call center operations are running smoothly and efficiently. When signs of poor health occur, you'll take proactive steps to address the issue and prevent it from escalating. * **Supporting Customer Onboarding**: You'll work closely with our Operations and Product departments to ensure that new customers are successfully onboarded and set up for success. This includes creating accounts in our database, verifying telephony setup, and answering any questions they may have. * **Communicating with Cross-Functional Teams**: You'll collaborate with our Operations, Product, and Account Management teams to resolve issues related to our ordering platform or agent staffing. When necessary, you'll escalate issues to our Leadership team for further support. * **Maintaining Knowledge Base**: You'll contribute to the development and maintenance of our knowledge base, ensuring that our customers have access to the information they need to succeed. You'll also assist in creating new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that our processes are efficient and effective. * **Tracking and Documenting Customer Interactions**: You'll use our CRM system, HubSpot, to track and document all customer interactions, including support requests, emails, and phone calls. You'll also follow up on open tickets from earlier in the day or week to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner. * **Facilitating Order Recovery**: When necessary, you'll contact our restaurant partner locations to facilitate order recovery and ensure that our customers receive the support they need. **What's in it for You** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits that will enhance your career and overall well-being. Here are some of the key requirements: * **3+ Years of Experience**: You'll need at least 3 years of experience in a data-heavy, technical-product-focused customer support or success role. True call center experience is a plus. * **Flexible/Open Availability**: You'll need to be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances. * **Metrics-Savvy & Proactive**: You'll need to be able to monitor metrics in real-time and make decisions based on data to protect business stability and efficiency. * **Accountable & Independent**: You'll need to be self-directed and take pride in your work, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility. * **Tech Savvy**: You'll need to be computer-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and ticketing software.
