**Job Summary**
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of our product offerings, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the "voice of the product" to key stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that the product group receives the necessary guidance and support to achieve lasting success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, aligned with business objectives and customer needs
* Lead the development of product roadmaps, working closely with engineers, UX designers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products
* Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and identify key trends and insights to inform product development

* Develop and maintain product documentation, including product guides, user manuals, and technical specifications

**Essential Qualifications**
* Four-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as product management, business administration, or computer science
* 4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful products and driving business growth
* Experience working with search, recommendation, or artificial intelligence-powered products to build best-in-class web-based business customer experiences
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes
* Experience developing and executing product roadmaps, working closely with engineers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and develop effective solutions
