**Job Summary**
We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, working 100% from home in the state of Texas. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, conducting telephone screening, and engaging in positive interactions to effectively meet the needs of our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct telephone screening to identify customer needs and preferences

* Utilize computer navigation skills to access customer information and resolve issues efficiently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
**Essential Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* Eligible to work in the US
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent computer navigation skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Chrome
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
