**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Care Voice Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering members' inbound calls regarding verification of health insurance benefits, eligibility, and claim status.
* Supporting less experienced team members and handling escalated issues.
* Interacting with clients and internal departments to solve issues.
* Organizing and completing tasks according to assigned priorities.
* Strong focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
* Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and of all products, services, and processes performed by the team.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school Diploma or GED.
* 3+ year experience in customer service.
* 3+ years of experience that required a knowledge of healthcare insurance policy concepts.
* 3+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications.
* Minimum internet speed of 20 upload/20 download.
* Must have reliable transportation and be available to commute into the office in Providence, RI when required.
* Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (08:00am to 08:00pm EST) and Saturday or Sunday (08:00am to 12:00pm EST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
