If you're passionate about building and innovating for the greater good, and you thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, we invite you to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Owning a book of customers and serving as their advocate and champion, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved * Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer deployments are completed quickly and efficiently * Running monthly and quarterly business reviews to ensure business objectives are realized and serving as a trusted advisor to our customers * Collaborating with Sales to identify opportunities for expansion and growth * Developing and executing customer success strategies that drive adoption, retention, and growth * Providing expert, hands-on support to customers, leveraging valuable data and research to identify solutions and opportunities * Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business outcomes and growth **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as solutions, customer success, technical account management, or solutions engineering * 2+ years of fundamental knowledge of two or more of the following technologies: Cloud Services Architectures & Solutions, Web-based Security, Networking, & Infrastructure Solutions * Proven track record of driving customer growth, adoption, and retention * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **What Will Make You Stand Out** While the following qualifications are not required, they will make you a strong candidate: * Background in Internet and Security technologies such as SWG, Sandboxing, Firewalls, DLP, VPNs, CASB, etc. * Background in network transformation technologies such as MPLS, SD-WAN, or WAN Optimization * Experience with customer success platforms, tools, and methodologies * Proven ability to analyze complex customer data and develop actionable insights * Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and infrastructure solutions **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to investing in our employees' growth and development.
