We're now seeking an experienced Customer Care Agent to join our Dutch Desk team. If you're a customer-centric individual with a passion for delivering top-notch support, we'd love to hear from you! **Your Future Responsibilities:** As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience. Your key responsibilities will include: * Managing a variety of customer inquiries via email and phone, including cancellations, returns, deliveries, claims, and product requests * Processing customer orders over the phone, offering purchase guidance, and ensuring efficient order handling * Coordinating with suppliers to address delivery delays * Communicating essential customer messages to key departments **Essential Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Proficiency in the Dutch language (C1) and fluency in English (B2) * At least 1 year of support experience * Excellent communication skills: able to handle customer complaints politely, professionally, and in a timely manner * Ability to work independently as well as within different teams * Attentiveness, persistence, and a solution-oriented approach * A strong work ethic and adaptability in a dynamic business environment **Preferred Qualifications:** While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly valued: * Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools * Knowledge of the Dutch market and customer preferences * Certification in customer service or a related field **Working with arenaflex:** As a member of our team, you can expect: * 20+ vacation days and unlimited sick leaves * The ability to work fully remotely, with flexible working hours * A professional team of specialists, ready to share their expertise, along with internal communities and team activities, fostering continuous learning and development * Opportunities for career growth: 32% of our teammates obtained a new role during their first year of work in our company, and 86% of our Team Leads have been our Customer Support Agents in the past **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's both challenging and rewarding.
