**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our Telecom department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for following up with customers and pre-qualified leads, acquiring new internet accounts, and assisting with the installation process. **Key Responsibilities**
- Follow up with customers and pre-qualified leads to acquire new internet accounts
- Assist with the installation process and ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Manage daily customer lists and report to the office once a day
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the team
- Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in 5G technology
**Work Schedule**
We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate different lifestyles and preferences. You can choose from two schedules:
A) 5-Day Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 3pm to 9pm or 10am to 4pm
- Full-time Sales and Customer Service Representative position
- Manage your allocated daily customer list and report to the office once a day
B) 6-Day Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday, 4pm to 9pm or 10am to 3pm
- Sales and Customer Service Representative position
- Manage your allocated daily customer list and report to the office once a day
**Work Environment**
This is not a call center environment. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with a team of experienced professionals. Our office is equipped with the latest technology and tools to support your success.
**Essential Qualifications**
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of 5G technology and its applications
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
