With a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. **About the Role** As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft. This will involve: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight.
