**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to healthcare customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues with compassion and empathy. Your passion for helping others will shine through as you:
* Bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to customers' health plans
* Conduct research and make outbound calls to provide answers for customers regarding general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members
* Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information
**A Typical Day**
* You'll work from the comfort of your own home, surrounded by the people and things that matter most to you
* You'll have the flexibility to work at your own pace, with a schedule that suits your needs
* You'll be supported by a global team of curious lifelong learners, guided by our company values and committed to your career growth and development
**What You Bring to the Role**
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a passion for helping others
* Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Computer experience, with a high-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps)
* A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset of your own)
* A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for your daily log-in
