**About the Role:**
As a Full Stack Analytics Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven insights to support our paid media examination capability. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify business opportunities and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth and improvement. Your expertise will be critical in helping us to optimize our paid media spend, improve our marketing efficiency, and drive business results.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement data-driven insights to support our paid media examination capability
* Analyze complex data sets to identify business opportunities and develop actionable recommendations
* Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify business opportunities and develop actionable recommendations
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business results
* Collaborate with our data science team to develop and implement advanced analytics models and techniques
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that data-driven insights are being used to drive business growth and improvement
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and data science
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
* 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or analytics role
* Strong expertise in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with data science tools such as Python, R, or SAS
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
* Experience working with large datasets and developing complex data models
* Strong expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence
* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
