**Key Responsibilities**
As a Process Improvement - Customer Engagement Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining reporting & insights systems that support business requirements, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
* Developing and documenting workflows and processes for articulating requirements, streamlining operations, and enhancing customer experience.
* Creating training materials and presentations for new technologies, empowering colleagues to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices.
* Managing transitioning programs from legacy to newer telecom technology options, ensuring seamless migration and minimal disruption to customers.
* Engaging with customers for technology upgrades and satisfaction, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the process.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer/stakeholder interactions and feedback, facilitating continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
* Identifying and implementing process improvements for customer experience, driving business growth and customer loyalty.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in process improvement and customer engagement, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
* 2+ years of program management experience (preferred), with expertise in managing complex projects and stakeholders.
* 5+ years of Telecommunications experience, including order management/provisioning, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
* 2+ years of technical requirements gathering experience, with the ability to analyze complex technical data and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
* Strong process creation and documentation skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise, and actionable processes.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to engage and persuade both internal and external stakeholders.
* Customer service experience and the ability to persuade and influence customer decisions, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
