About the Role

As a champion on the Loyalty team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex customer issues, and preventing churn through proactive measures. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and use this information to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. Your goal will be to turn every contact into a sale or save opportunity, while also growing the business and driving revenue and retention goals.

About the Work Environment

As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and manage your own schedule. However, you'll still be required to attend occasional in-person training and meetings at our hub location in Irving, TX. You'll need to have a dedicated, quiet, and private workspace, as well as a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25mbps. We'll provide you with the necessary equipment and support to ensure your success in this role.
