**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including registering sales, handling returns and exchanges, and processing voids and discounts
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient and medication data, and inventory levels
* Assist pharmacists with tasks such as filling prescriptions, counting and pouring medications, and checking for potential interactions
* Perform administrative tasks, including processing manual cases for third-party program services and handling customer inquiries
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)
* 1-2 years of experience in a retail or healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and colleagues
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including pharmacy management systems and point-of-sale systems
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* PTCB certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Previous experience working with Walgreens or in a similar retail environment
* Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
* Familiarity with store stock control systems and procedures
* Experience with customer service software and systems
