Maintains accurate records of clients' workouts and progress. Stays updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques through continuous education. Collaborates with other health and wellness professionals to optimize client outcomes. Ensures a clean and safe workout environment by maintaining equipment and facilities. Markets personal training services to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Designs personalized fitness programs tailored to clients' individual goals and needs. Conducts fitness assessments to evaluate clients' physical condition and track progress. Demonstrates and instructs clients on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage. Monitors clients during workouts to ensure safety and effectiveness. Provides motivation and support to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Educates clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to complement their fitness routines. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • The communication skills necessary to effectively present information and respond to questions in one-on-one and group situations. [Required] Education: • Bachelor's [Required] Field of Study: • Degree in Exercise Science or related field. Work Experience: • 3+ experience in related field. [Required] • Experience working with the Exercise is Medicine initiative and philosophy is preferred.
