**Job Summary**
We're seeking 20 experienced Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare members and providers through inbound calls, data entry, and other related tasks. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound calls from members and providers, providing a high level of customer service and extending courtesy and professionalism at all times
* Input data accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
* Handle 75+ calls per day, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services, ensuring accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction

* High-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace, with a reliable computer and necessary software
* Availability to work during any of the following hours of operation: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST (40 hour work week)

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with healthcare industry products and services

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
