**Why You'll Love This Role**
As a Part-Time Data Entry Technician for arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our employees in all aspects of end-client computing, including software/equipment installations, updates, and general support of PC desktop/PC systems and peripherals.
**What You'll Do**
* Arrange, install, test, and maintain IT clients' desktop software and equipment; support mobile workforce
* Provide consultation to IT clients on all aspects of end-client computing and desktop-based LAN systems software
* Responsible for end-to-end issue ownership, resolution, and communication with employees
* Provide on-site training to clients
* Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-client desktops and peripherals
* Answer customer service issues escalated from the Helpdesk
* Contribute to desktop projects (global installs/redesigns) as a project team member
* Remotely analyze and resolve issues using remote tools
* Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with infrastructure-related issues
* Record client interactions in incident management system including resource management
* Recover data from hard drives and perform data migration
* Support remote access for virtual private network as well as remote/broadband connectivity for PCs
* Install and configure local and network-based printers
* Perform routine maintenance
* Work various shifts, on-call, and ready to travel as required
* Follow management direction, complying with IT strategy and methodology
**What You'll Need for Success**
**Minimum Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience/training
* 3 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC desktop software and equipment issues
* Should have firsthand experience supporting PCs in a Windows/TCPIP environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* A+ certification
* MCSE/MCP certification or higher
* Past IT infrastructure experience in an Airline/Airport environment
**Skills, Licenses, and Certifications**
* General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems including Windows 10
* Knowledge of workflow and tagging systems
* Familiarity with VPN availability and ability to troubleshoot issues
* Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment
* Should be able to lift at least 50 pounds
