**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
* Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
* Processing customer orders and requests
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
* Ability to handle private and confidential information
* A strong work ethic that demonstrates dependability and a commitment to quality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a call center environment
* Good conflict resolution skills
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of telecommunications services and products
**Schedule:**
We currently have the following full-time shifts available:
* Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
* Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
**Work from Home (WAH) Opportunity:**
