As an Entry Level professional with at least 1 year of experience, you'll be responsible for providing online support to customers through web chat services, resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, and collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers. **Responsibilities** As an Online Web Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experiences.
