**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Client Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for clients reaching out to arenaflex via phone, chat, and email. You'll conduct needs assessments, answer benefit, product, and technical questions, and provide support to HR Managers and Customer Representatives during major events and team support. This role requires a high level of comfort discussing sensitive topics and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer care with competency and compassion.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct needs assessments and answer benefit, product, and technical questions for clients seeking high-quality outpatient mental health care
* Provide support to HR Managers and Customer Representatives during major events and team support
* Partner cross-functionally to triage clients with complex needs to our clinicians
* Work closely with clients to understand their care journey and provide personalized support
* Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to effectively address client inquiries
* Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and experience
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex's products and services
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or remote support environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex client issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, chat platforms, and email systems
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in the mental health care industry or a related field
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
* Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
