* **Provide Proactive and Reactive Online Chat Support**: Engage with customers and prospective customers visiting various client websites, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner.
* **Establish Brand Recognition**: Proactively promote arenaflex products and services, building confidence in our brand and driving customer loyalty.
* **Educate and Excite Customers**: Inform consumers about current products, packages, and incentives through Click-to-Chat and email, generating excitement and driving customers to action.
* **Maintain Knowledge and Compliance**: Stay up-to-date with state regulations and company policies, ensuring that all interactions are compliant and accurate.
* **Document Interactions**: Record detailed status of all interactions, indicating appropriate outcomes and follow-up requirements.
