**Job Overview**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone and in person to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services. You'll be responsible for handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and professionalism will help you establish a positive rapport with every customer.
**Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interaction**: Interact with customers over the phone and in person to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- **Record Keeping**: Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
- **Technology Utilization**: Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
- **Data Entry**: Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Four-year degree preferred.
- **Language Skills**: Proficient in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving abilities.
- **Experience**: Experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
- **Call Center Technology**: Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
- **Office Software**: Familiarity with office software and computer systems.
- **Cash Handling**: Ability to handle cash transactions is desirable.
