**Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients through our online chat platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to patient inquiries and providing support through live chat
* Assisting patients with scheduling appointments and resolving billing inquiries
* Providing information on dental services and procedures
* Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
* Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions

* Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 95% or higher

**Qualifications**
To be successful as a Live Chat Agent, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
