**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You'll be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive prompt and courteous service. You'll also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service
* Provide guidance and support to Customer Service Representatives to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
* Provide feedback and coaching to Customer Service Representatives to improve their performance
* Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or convenience store environment
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer complaints and issues
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a retail or convenience store environment
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, including customer relationship management and conflict resolution
* Experience with customer service software and technology, including point-of-sale systems and customer relationship management systems
* Certification in customer service or a related field, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation
