**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring our customers feel valued and supported.
* Registering sales on assigned cash registers, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
* Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving customer issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
* Recommending items for sale to customers and recommending trade-up and/or companion items to enhance their shopping experience.
* Registering customer purchases on assigned cash registers, collecting cash and distributing change as requested; processing voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
* Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters and shelves, and ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
* Assisting with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures.
* Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine, and suggestive selling of promotional photo products.
* Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
* Complying with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers, and completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
* Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
* Prior work experience with arenaflex preferred.
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) preferred.
* Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours, preferred.
